The Killers : adiós asesinos.

Desde k anunciaron su llegada a Lima me dije : he de ir. Claro. Era la mejor manera de pasar la resaca de mi cumpleaños. Todo estaba planeado. Sin embargo, alteraciones de último tiempo recargaron el rumbo natural de los eventos. Y una serie de sucesos (con faldas) afectaron mi ánimo y me hicieron imposible tener ganas de asistir a tan irresistible cita. Pero, a continuación y a manera de revancha,  posteo la canción que más me hubiera gustado corear y gozar tan sólo para recordar que mientras mi cuerpo estuvo en hibernación mi espíritu deseó ser aquel asesino. Pero no pudo. Porque I got soul but I´m not a soldier.

Anton Corbjin de nuevo. El genio de los videoclips -al servicio de los Asesinos -nos presenta (ver la secuencia de los números que portan las féminas ) la guerra de los sexos nuevamente: la masculinidad asaltada por la libido y el desliz matrimonial que tan sólo nos convierte en vaqueros de pacotilla (ver la escena del burrito) y, para completar el drama: la esposa engañada (marianismo) convertida en una walkiria con sed de venganza. Al final, ellas siempre ganan. Genial.
